Please be sure to review your order once it's created as once it's submitted it can not be changed.
Please handle with care as the acrylic can break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. You can maintain it by cleaning it with a lint free cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat as it can affect the material and lead to breakage.
Shipping information: We can only estimate shipping times, you will receive a tracking number with your order. We rely on the USPS for packages to be delivered. We will make any attempt to locate your package. Once the package is shipped Forever Jolie Designs can not be held responsible for any missing or delivery days by the USPS. If your item is undeliverable due to moving or providing the wrong information such as address you will need to purchase additional postage.
Returns and Refund Policy:
Due to the personalization aspect of each item, your item will be a Final Sale item. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, a photo must be submitted demonstrating the damage within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery only. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
